Subsequent Events [Text Block]	*NOTE 16.* SUBSEQUENT EVENTS** We have evaluated all events or transactions that occurred after December 31, 2022. During this period, up to the filing date, other than the payment of the cash dividend disclosed in Note 11, Stockholders' Equity and Stock Incentive Plans, and the $0.16 per share cash dividend declared by the Board of Directors on February 14, 2023 and payable April 15, 2023 to shareholders of record on March 15, 2023, we did not identify any additional subsequent events, the effects of which would require disclosure or adjustment to our financial position or results of operations.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
