Related Party Transactions	14. Related Party Transactions Certain facilities leased by Spectrum are owned by Roy Eddleman, the former owner of Spectrum. As of September 30, 2020, Mr. Eddleman owned greater than 5% of the Company’s outstanding shares and the Company considers him to be a related party. The lease amounts paid to this shareholder prior to the public offering were negotiated in connection with the Spectrum Acquisition. The Company incurred rent expense totaling $0.1 million and $0.5 million for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2020 related to these leases.
