Related Party Transactions

Certain facilities leased by Spectrum are owned by Roy Eddleman, the former owner of Spectrum. As of September 30, 2021, Mr. Eddleman owned greater than 5% of the Company’s outstanding shares and the Company considers him to be a related party. The lease amounts paid to this shareholder prior to the public offering were negotiated in connection with the acquisition of Spectrum. The Company incurred rent expense totaling $0.2 million and $0.1 million for each of the three months ended September 30, 2021 and 2020, respectively, related to these leases and incurred rent expense of $0.5 million for each of the nine months ended September 30, 2021 and 2020, respectively.
