Inventory consisted of the following (in thousands):

The increase in inventory during the six months ended June 30, 2025 was primarily due to purchases of certain strategic raw materials. The Company recorded an increase in its inventory reserves of none and $289,000 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
