SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	23. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS: On October 31, 2025, UDC Ireland entered into a Patent Sale Agreement with Merck Electronics KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany (Merck KGaA). Under this agreement, Merck KGaA will sell to UDC Ireland all of its rights, title and interest to certain of its OLED-related patents and patent applications in exchange for a cash payment of $50.0 million. The Patent Sale Agreement contains customary representations, warranties and covenants of the parties. The transaction is expected to close in January 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
