Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On April 1, 2014, the Company completed an equity investment in EIG Global Energy Partners, LLC ("EIG"). Following the close of the transaction, EIG's management team continues to hold a majority of the equity in the business and directs its day-to-day operations. On April 29, 2014, the Company announced that it will acquire a majority equity interest in Veritas Asset Management LLP ("Veritas"). Following the close of the transaction, Veritas' management team will continue to hold a substantial portion of the equity of the business and direct its day-to-day operations. The Company anticipates this transaction will close in the third quarter of 2014.
