Equity Distribution Program	Equity Distribution Program On March 27, 2019, the Company entered into equity distribution and forward equity agreements with several major securities firms under which it may, from time to time, issue and sell shares of its common stock (immediately or on a forward basis) having an aggregate sales price of up to $500.0 million (the “equity distribution program”). This equity distribution program superseded and replaced the Company’s prior equity distribution program. As of March 31, 2019, no sales had occurred under the new or prior equity distribution program.
