Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions A prior owner of one of the Company’s consolidated Affiliates retained interests in certain of the Affiliate’s private equity partnerships and, as a result, is a related party of the Company. The prior owner’s interests are presented in Other liabilities and were $49.7 million and $46.1 million as of December 31, 2018 and March 31, 2019, respectively. The Company and its Affiliates earn asset and performance based fees and incur distribution and other expenses for services provided to Affiliate sponsored investment products. In addition, Affiliate management owners and the Company’s officers may serve as trustees or directors of certain investment vehicles from which the Company or an Affiliate earns fees. The Company has related party transactions in association with its Affiliate equity transactions, as more fully described in Notes 15 and 16. The Company’s executive officers and directors may invest from time to time in funds advised by its Affiliates on substantially the same terms as other investors.
