(1)      This refers to escrow deposits in the action challenging the constitutionality of inclusion of ICMS value added tax within the taxable amount for calculation of PIS/Pasep and Cofins taxes. On February 13, 2020 Company’s wholly-owned subsidiaries Cemig D and Cemig GT escrow deposits were released, totaling R$1,382, comprising monetary update. The expectation is that the escrow deposits from the others wholly-owned subsidiaries will be received as their judicial claims reach the final judgement.
