Income Taxes	7. Income Taxes We had $19.8 million of gross unrecognized tax benefits as of November 30, 2012, and $20.9 million as of February 29, 2012.  During the nine months ended November 30, 2012, we settled federal and state liabilities of $3.0 million related to the Internal Revenue Service audit of fiscal years 2008 through 2010.  There were no other significant changes to the gross unrecognized tax benefits as reported for the year ended February 29, 2012, as all activity was related to positions taken on tax returns filed or intended to be filed in the current fiscal year.
