For the three months ended March 31, 2023, 333 thousand RSUs and 37 thousand performance restricted stock units (“PRSUs”) were excluded from diluted weighted-average common shares outstanding due to their antidilutive effect. For the three months ended March 31, 2022, 12 thousand RSUs were excluded from diluted weighted-average common shares outstanding due to their antidilutive effect.
