Retirement Plans 401(k) PlanThe Company has a defined contribution 401(k) plan that covers all employees who meet certain age and length of service requirements and allows an employer contribution of up to 50% of the first 4% of each participating employee’s compensation contributed to the plan. Participants may elect to defer pretax compensation through payroll deductions, which are regulated under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code, and may also make after-tax contributions. The plan allows for a discretionary employer contribution for all employees who meet certain eligibility requirements, including a maximum annual salary threshold. Employer matching and discretionary contribution expense was $10.4 million, $9.0 million and $8.8 million, for the years ended December 31, 2025, 2024 and 2023, respectively, which included discretionary contributions of $6.1 million, for the year ended December 31, 2025 and $5.2 million, for each of the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023
