Changes in Business	NOTE 2. CHANGES IN BUSINESS On November 22, 2024, the Company completed the sale of a rebar fabrication facility within the North America Steel Group segment for gross consideration of $5.9 million, which consisted of $5.0 million in cash proceeds and $0.9 million in the form of a seller financing receivable. The sale had an immaterial impact on the Company's results of operations during the nine months ended May 31, 2025.
