Income Taxes	Income Taxes The effective tax rates of 28.1% and 28.5% for the three and nine months ended June 29, 2013 and 27.2% and 29.1% for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2012 are lower than would be expected by applying the U.S. federal statutory tax rate to earnings before income taxes partly as a result of a significant portion of our earnings that come from foreign operations with lower tax rates.
