Income Taxes	Income Taxes The effective tax rates for the three months ended December 28, 2013 and December 29, 2012 of 31.5% and 30.5%, respectively, are lower than would be expected by applying the U.S. federal statutory tax rate to earnings before income taxes partly as a result of a significant portion of our earnings that come from foreign operations with lower tax rates.
