On October 23, 2019, Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting the Company’s third quarter 2019 results, as well as certain guidance for 2019.  A copy of the Company’s press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
