Patent Agreement, Net	11. Patent Agreement, Net On July 13, 2010, we entered into a patent purchase agreement for the sale of certain Company owned patents. As a result of this agreement, on August 31, 2010, the Company received cash consideration of $4.0 million from the purchaser. The proceeds were recorded as a recovery of costs previously incurred and are reflected as a separate line item on the consolidated statement of operations in operating expenses under the caption “Patent agreement, net.” On June 11, 2009, we entered into a patent purchase agreement for the sale of certain Company owned patents and on August 26, 2009, the Company received cash consideration of $1.4 million from the purchaser. The proceeds were recorded as a recovery of costs previously incurred and are reflected as a separate line item on the consolidated statement of operations in operating expenses under the caption “Patent agreement, net.”
