At a meeting held today, Nordex AG’s Supervisory Board revoked the appointment of Dr. Dietmar Kestner (Chairman) and Wilhelm Hecking (COO Procurement) as members of the Management Board. Kestner was suspended on February 20, 2003. In addition, the Supervisory Board appointed a new CEO contingent upon a condition precedent being fulfilled, namely the shortly expected termination of the new CEO’s current employment contract.
