Income Taxes	7. Income Taxes The University’s uncertain tax positions are related to tax years that remain subject to examination by tax authorities. As of March 31, 2012, the earliest tax years still subject to examination for federal and state purposes are 2008 and 2005, respectively. As of March 31, 2012, the University is not under federal examination but has been notified that it will be audited by two states.
