Cherken, Jr., a director of the Company, is Senior Counsel at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. Amounts due to Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP as of January 31, 2020 and 2019 were approximately $50 and $169, respectively.
