Subsequent Events [Text Block]	25.    SUBSEQUENT EVENT On February 27, 2015, LP was notified by the Ministry of Forestry in Quebec that it intends to terminate LP’s forest license associated with an indefinitely curtailed OSB mill. Based upon this notification, LP may be required to record an impairment in the first quarter of 2015. The current net book value of this facility is $35.8 million. LP cannot presently determine the amount of such impairment, if required.
