Retirement Plan Retirement PlanThe Company has a 401(k) profit sharing plan which covers all of its employees. At its discretion, Comstock may match the employees' contributions to the plan. Matching contributions to the plan were approximately $508,000, $252,000, $1,041,000 and $1,261,000 for the Predecessor Period from January 1, 2018 through August 13, 2018, the Successor Period from August 14, 2018 through December 31, 2018 and the years ended December 31, 2019 and 2020, respectively.
