Retirement Plan	Retirement PlanThe Company has a 401(k) profit sharing plan which covers all of its employees. At its discretion, Comstock may match the employees' contributions to the plan. Matching contributions to the plan were approximately $1.3 million, $1.3 million and $1.0 million for the years ended December 31, 2021, 2020 and 2019, respectively.
