SUBSEQUENT EVENT: On April 24, 2019, a subsidiary of the Company announced that it has entered into a joint venture with Gray Television, Inc. to create and distribute a linear multicast and over-the-top channel dedicated to the country music lifestyle. The Company acquired a 50% equity interest in this joint venture for an initial capital contribution of $2.0 million. In addition, the joint venture agreement requires the Company to contribute up to an additional $13.0 million through December 31, 2021. The Company expects to account for its investment in this joint venture under the equity method of accounting.
