Insurance Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 16 – INSURANCE PROCEEDS During the year ended December 31, 2011, we received approximately $2.4 million in insurance proceeds related to equipment lost in a fire at one of our California centers and an additional 319,000 of proceeds related to equipment lost in a flood at one of our east coast centers.  Each of these amounts was recorded to gain on sale and disposal of equipment.  We also receive approximately $309,000 of additional proceeds related to the fire at our California center for business interruption which we recorded as an adjustment to our cost of operations.
