NOTE 3 - FACILITY ACQUISITIONS	On February 22, 2012, Carroll County Radiology, LLC completed its acquisition of a multi-modality imaging center from RadNet, Inc. located in Westminster, Maryland for $2.3 million. The members made a fair value determination of the assets acquired and the liabilities assumed and approximately $200,000 of fixed assets and $2.1 million of goodwill was recorded with respect to this transaction. On November 1, 2012, Franklin Imaging Joint Venture completed its acquisition of a multi-modality imaging center located in Baltimore, Maryland for $635,000. The partners made a fair value determination of the assets acquired and the liabilities assumed and $635,000 of fixed assets was recorded with respect to this transaction.
