SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Acquisitions: On August 1, 2019 our subsidiary New Jersey Imaging Networks completed its acquisition of certain assets of Garden State Radiology Network, LLC., consisting of 2 multi-modality imaging centers located in southwest New Jersey for purchase consideration of $2.7 million. On August 1, 2019 we acquired through a stock purchase a 100% controlling interest in Nulogix, Inc, one of our non-consolidated joint ventures in which we previously held a 25% non-consolidated equity investment. We issued RadNet common stock shares valued at $1.5 million to complete the transaction.
