Subsequent Events	16.  SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On August 30, 2013, the Company acquired the assets of recreational vehicle manufacturer Livin’ Lite, located in Wakarusa, Indiana, through a wholly-owned subsidiary for cash consideration of approximately $18,000, subject to working capital adjustments. The Company purchased the assets to expand its recreational vehicle market share and complement its existing brands with Livin’ Lite’s advanced lightweight product offerings. Under the Company’s ownership, Livin’ Lite will continue as an independent operation in the same manner as our existing recreational vehicle subsidiaries.
