| Debt Instrument Redemption | On or after April 15, 2018, Matador may redeem all or a portion of the Registered Notes (the Registered Notes being referred to as the “Notes”) at any time or from time to time at the following redemption prices (expressed as percentages of the principal amount) plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to the applicable redemption date, if redeemed during the twelve month period beginning on April 15 of the years indicated.
