WpHG) that via shares its voting rights in Alstria Office AG (address:
Fuhlentwiete 12, 20355 Hamburg), ISIN: DE814716850, WKN: A0LD2U, have
fallen below the voting right threshold of 5% on October 2, 2007 and on
that date amounted to 4.813% (this corresponds to 2,695,186 voting rights).
Pursuant the information received, these 4.813% are entirely attributable
to Cohen & Steers Inc. pursuant to section 22 para 1 sent. 1 no 6 in
