On April 04, 2008, Morgan Stanley Investment Management Limited, London, UK
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1, WKN: A0LD2U, have fallen below the 5% limit of the
Voting Rights on January 14, 2008 and then amount to 4.84% (this
corresponds to 2708114 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.84% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2708114 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
The announcement is a correction of the notification of voting rights
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG dated 16 January 2008 which
we had published according to Article 26, Section 1 of the WpHG on 17
January 2008.
