On 29th of January 2009 Morgan Stanley informed us by way of correction to
a former notification pursuant to section 21 para. 1 German Securities
Trading Act as follows:
1. Morgan Stanley Investment Management Limited, London, UK, on 20 November
2007, has exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of alstria
office REIT-AG, Fuhlentwiete 12, Hamburg, Germany, and on that day holds
5.03% of the voting rights (=2,815,704 shares, each carrying one voting
right) whereby these voting rights have to be attributed pursuant to
Section 22 para. 1 sent.1 No.6 German Securities Trading Act; and
2. Each of the following holding entities of Morgan Stanley Investment
Management Limited;
(i) Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, Delaware, USA;
(ii) Morgan Stanley International Holdings Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, USA;
(iii) Morgan Stanley International Limited, London, UK;
(iv) Morgan Stanley Group (Europe), London, UK;
on 20 November 2007, has also exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting
rights of alstria office REIT-AG, Fuhlentwiete 12, Hamburg, Germany and on
that day holds 5.03% of the voting rights (=2,815,704 shares, each carrying
one voting right) whereby the aforementioned voting rights have to be
attributed to each of the entities mentioned above under (i) to (iv)
pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6, sent. 2 German Securities
Trading Act.
3. This chain of entities is represented as follows (starting on the
highest
level):
1) Morgan Stanley (Delaware)
2) Morgan Stanley International Holdings Inc (Delaware)
3) Morgan Stanley International Limited (UK)
4) Morgan Stanley Group (Europe) (UK)
