informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 50% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 30, 2011 and
on that day amounted to 48.08% (this corresponds to 34426468 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 2 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 41.44% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
29671139 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from State
Street Administration Services (Ireland) Limited.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 6.64% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4755329 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Captiva Capital Partners II S.C.A. via
Captiva 2 Alstria Holding S.à r.l..
