has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 3%, 5% and 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 30,
2011 and on that day amounted to 14.62% (this corresponds to 10486030
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 14.62%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 10486030 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from FTW II S.à r.l. via Captiva Capital
(Luxembourg) Partners II S.C.A. and Captiva Capital (Luxembourg) S.à r.l..
