exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 03, 2012
and on that day amounted to 7.15% (this corresponds to 5646324 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 7.15% of
