of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG,
Hamburg, Germany, have fallen below the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights
on December 04, 2012 and on that day amounted to 9.00% (this corresponds to
7104871 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.67% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3684030 Voting Rights) is to be
