This notification is a correction of the notification according to Article
21, Section 1 of the WpHG as of September 20, 2012, which we published
according to Article 26, Section 1 of the WpHG on September 25, 2012.
On March 19, 2013, Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, Delaware, USA, has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have fallen
below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 31, 2012 and on that
day amounted to 4.94% (this corresponds to 3898590 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 4.89% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
3859216 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.05% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 39374 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
