its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have
exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 28, 2014 and on that
day amounted to 5.01% (this corresponds to 3955551 Voting Rights).
5.01% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3955551 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following shareholders, whose share of the
Voting Rights in alstria office REIT-AG amounts to 3 percent or more: BNP
Paribas Investment Partners Belgium SA.
4.79% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3784091 Voting Rights) are
