of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG,
Hamburg, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
September 25, 2015 and on that day amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to
2617170 Voting Rights).
2.06% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1792406 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).

has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have
fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 27, 2015 and
on that day amounted to 4.51% (this corresponds to 6736702 Voting Rights).

below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 27, 2015 and on that
day amounted to 2.42% (this corresponds to 3611425 Voting Rights).
1.29% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1921736 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).

on October 27, 2015 and on that day amounted to 1.96% (this corresponds to
