alstria leases 1,700 sqm in Munich

Hamburg, February 23, 2015 – alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1), the leading German office REIT, announces the signature of a new lease for its asset Südlicht in Hofmannstrasse 51, Munich.

The new public tenant will lease approximately 1,700 sqm of office and ancillary space. This new lease was signed just weeks after the first 3,500 sqm leasing success in the same property, highlighting its attractiveness to tenants. The new lease will start on June 1, 2015 and generate an annual rental income of EUR k 210, which represents a positive reversion of around 8%.

The leasing contract was brokered by IGENUS Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG.
