12, 2013, Meritage Homes Corporation (the &#8220;Company&#8221;) entered into a First Amendment to Credit Agreement  (the &#8220;Amendment&#8221;) with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A, as administrative agent and the other lenders named therein. </font></div><div style="line-height:120%;padding-bottom:16px;text-align:justify;padding-left:48px;text-indent:48px;font-size:12pt;"><font style="font-family:inherit;font-size:12pt;">(ii)  the advance rate for Model Units shall decrease to 0% for any Unit that has been a Model Unit for more than 180 days following the sale of the last production Unit in the applicable project relating to such Model Unit;
