Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events LB Holdco, Inc. (Liquibox) Acquisition On November 1, 2022, the Company announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire LB Holdco, Inc. (Liquibox), a pioneer, innovator and manufacturer of Bag-in-Box sustainable Fluids & Liquids packaging and dispensing solutions for fresh food, beverage, consumer goods and industrial end-markets, for $1.15 billion in cash, subject to customary adjustments. Subject to the receipt of applicable regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, the transaction is currently expected to close in the first quarter of 2023.
