Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 7, 2022, Christopher J. Stephens, Jr. notified Sealed Air Corporation (the “Company”) of his intention to retire from his position as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. It is expected that Mr. Stephens will continue to serve in his current role until a successor is appointed. The Company has commenced an external search for its next Chief Financial Officer, with both internal and external candidates being considered.
A copy of the Company’s press release relating to this matter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
