9. Related Party Transactions

During the thirteen weeks ended July 1, 2023 and June 25, 2022, the Company had capital expenditures with Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc., a specialty retail vendor in the flooring market. These capital expenditures amounted to less than $0.1 million and $0.1 million in the thirteen weeks ended July 1, 2023 and June 25, 2022, respectively, and were recorded as property and equipment, net on the consolidated balance sheets. One member of the Company’s board of directors currently serves on the board of directors at Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. Additionally, one member of the Company’s board of directors served as an executive officer at Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. through April 2022.
