9. Related Party Transactions

During the thirteen weeks ended December 28, 2024, the Company had no capital expenditures with Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc., a specialty retail vendor in the flooring market. During the thirty-nine weeks ended December 28, 2024 and both the thirteen and thirty-nine weeks ended December 30, 2023, the Company had capital expenditures with Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. that amounted to less than $0.1 million, and were recorded as property and equipment, net on the condensed consolidated balance sheet. One member of the Company’s Board of Directors currently serves on the board of directors at Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. Additionally, one member of the Company’s Board of Directors served as an executive officer at Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. through April 2022.
