Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Dividend Declaration On February 12, 2020, our Board of Trustees declared a cash distribution of $0.3175 per common share and Common Unit for the first quarter of 2020. This distribution is expected to be paid on or about April 3, 2020 to common shareholders and Common Unit holders of record as of March 27, 2020.
