Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Courthouse Shadows On July 30, 2020, the Company sold its Courthouse Shadows redevelopment property for gross proceeds of approximately $14.0 million. As of June 30, 2020, total assets and liabilities for this property were approximately $10.8 million and $0.1 million, respectively. Credit Facility On August 4, 2020, the Company repaid $100 million on its Credit Facility. Subsequent to the pay down, there was $100 million outstanding under the Credit Facility.
