DISPOSITIONS DISPOSITIONSDuring the nine months ended September 30, 2022, the Company sold Plaza Del Lago, a 100,016 square foot multi-tenant retail property located in the Chicago MSA, for a sales price of $58.7 million and a net gain of $24.0 million. Plaza Del Lago also contains 8,800 square feet of residential space comprised of 18 multifamily rental units. In addition, the Company sold a portion of Hamilton Crossing Centre, a redevelopment property located in the Indianapolis MSA, for a sales price of $6.9 million and a net gain of $3.2 million during the nine months ended September 30, 2022.During the nine months ended September 30, 2021, the Company sold 17 ground leases for gross proceeds of $42.0 million and a net gain of $27.6 million. A portion of the proceeds was used to pay down our unsecured revolving line of credit
