SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to June 30, 2024, we: •repaid the $120.0 million unsecured term loan due July 2024 with a portion of the proceeds from the Notes Due 2034 and the corresponding interest rate swaps matured; and •contributed $10.2 million to the repayment of the construction loan at Embassy Suites at the University of Notre Dame representing our 35% share of the joint venture debt repaid.
