Subsequent Event	16. Subsequent Event In conjunction with the proposed spin-off of its distribution business, the Company reviewed its reporting and management structure, and beginning on April 1, 2014, reorganized its remaining reporting segments into four new reporting segments. The new reporting segments are Rig Systems, Rig Aftermarket, Completion & Production Solutions, and Wellbore Technologies. The Company is in the process of gathering the new segment information and will begin reporting the new segment information beginning in the second quarter of 2014.
